Where will my driver meet me at Nadi Airport?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name, just past customs. They track your flight, so even if you're delayed they'll be there when you walk out.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to worry about — we track your flight number and your driver adjusts automatically. There's no extra charge for flight delays.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The total you see at checkout is exactly what you pay. It includes your vehicle, driver, fuel and taxes. The only extras are optional ones you choose, like an additional stop or after-hours pickup, and they're shown before you pay.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes — we support FJD, AUD, NZD, USD, EUR and GBP. Use the currency selector in the top menu; your card is charged in the currency you choose.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. You can also change your date, time or passenger numbers online — sign in with your booking email under "My Booking".
Do you provide child and infant seats?
Yes, child and baby seats are available on request — mention it in the special instructions when booking and we'll confirm availability for your vehicle.
How many people fit in one vehicle?
Our private cars seat up to 3 guests with luggage, minivans up to 11, and minibuses up to 22. The booking form automatically recommends the right vehicle for your group.
Can we stop at a supermarket on the way?
Absolutely — add a stop when booking (small fixed fee) and your driver will happily wait while you stock up before heading to your resort.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Book as a guest in under a minute. After booking, you can manage everything through the secure link in your confirmation email, or sign in any time with just your email address.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — payments are processed by Stripe, the same processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never see or store your card details.
