What we collect

To provide your transfer we collect only what we need: your name, email, mobile number, country, journey details, flight number (for airport pickups) and any special instructions you give us. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

  • To operate your booking: confirmations, driver assignment, flight tracking and service messages by email and SMS.
  • To share the minimum necessary trip details (name, pickup, party size, flight) with the driver or partner company operating your transfer.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide support.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing unless you have explicitly opted in. Transactional messages about your booking are separate from marketing consent.

Third parties we rely on

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google Maps Platform — address lookup and route estimation
  • Flight-data providers — arrival tracking for your flight number
  • SMS/email providers — delivery of booking messages

Retention and your rights

Booking records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion/anonymisation of your personal details (where not legally required to be retained) by emailing [email protected].

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: your session (including currency choice) and security tokens. No advertising trackers are set by this site.
