1. The service
FijiTransport.com ("we", "us") arranges pre-booked private ground transfers in Fiji, operated by our licensed local partner companies. By completing a booking you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings and payment
Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you have been issued a booking reference. Prices are fixed at the time of booking and include vehicle, driver, fuel and applicable taxes (VAT). Optional extras you select are itemised before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details.
3. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup, and no-shows, are non-refundable. See our cancellation policy for details.
4. Changes
Date, time and passenger changes can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle capacity. Changes that affect the price (such as additional stops or vehicle upgrades) will be confirmed with you before any additional charge.
5. Flight delays
For airport pickups with a valid flight number, we monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time at no charge, including for delayed arrivals. If your flight is cancelled, contact us to rebook or cancel free of charge.
6. Waiting times
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after actual arrival; all other pickups include 15 minutes. Extended waiting may incur an additional charge or be treated as a no-show if we cannot reach you.
7. Passenger responsibilities
Please provide accurate passenger and luggage numbers — vehicles are assigned on capacity. Seat belts must be worn where fitted. Child seats are available on request. Drivers may refuse carriage to intoxicated or abusive passengers without refund.
8. Liability
Transfers are operated by licensed, insured local operators. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights caused by events beyond our reasonable control (extreme weather, road closures, force majeure).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji.
